Ingredients:
- Frozen Summer Fruits
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Clear Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Cornflour
- 100g Llaeth Y Llan Natural yogurt
Directions:
- Put the fruit in a pan with 1 Tablespoon of honey and gently heat through.
- Mix the cornflour with 1 Tablespoon of cold water then add to the pan and stir on a simmer until the mixture thickens.
- Make pancakes and lay out on plates. Spread the fruit on top.
- Stir the rest of the honey into the yogurt and add a spoonfull to each.
- Enjoy!
