Here is an opportunity to WIN £1500 to build your own School garden space .
We would like to take this opportunity to encourage all your pupils to enter our “Let’s Grow Together ” competition, designing an outdoor space of their choice dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing.
We would like to encourage your pupils to take an active interest in their environment and learn about why outdoor spaces are so important for both their wellbeing and the way they learn.
We would like you to enter separate designs , one from Key Stage 1 and one from Key Stage 2.
This is an activity that will encourage all pupils to work together as a team with their classmates, to help achieve their favourite overall design.We would like pupils to use their imagination, be innovative and incorporate all their creative ideas , giving thought to using the following themes within their design:
This is a free competition for primary and junior schools to enter in Wales and Telford.
All entries must be sent in by March 1st, 2022 (we will not be able to accept any late entries past this date).
Competition winners will be announced on April 1st 2022 on our website and through our social channels.
Who can enter? All primary and junior schools in Wales & Telford
How to enter? We would like to invite each school taking part to enter two different designs, one from Key Stage (Reception, Years 1 and 2) and one from Key Stage two (Years 3 to 6). We encourage both learning groups to work together as a team, incorporating their best ideas to create one final design per group to enter.
Designs to be hand drawn using - pens, paint, pencils or crayons and submitted on an A3 size sheet.

As a token of our further support, for every entry that is accepted - Llaeth y Llan will donate £1 to the charity YoungMinds, supporting children's mental health in Wales.
We may request images to be taken with the winning group/school - if you would kindly agree that we will be able to send a photographer/press to the school and incorporate any imagery taken within our marketing and social media publications here at Llaeth y Llan.
